Proposed Amendments to Land Acquisition Grant Rules
The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board is seeking public comment on proposed rule amendments related to the administration of the land acquisition grant program. OWEB is proposing updates to the rules describing the due diligence requirements and amount of funds recoverable by OWEB for property misuse or unapproved conveyance.
The public comment period begins on August 2, 2010 and will close at 5:00 PM on Monday, August 23, 2010. A public hearing will be held on August 23, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. in Conference Room 201 on the second floor of the State Lands Building at 775 Summer Street NE in Salem.
