Telephone Conference Call Thursday, July 20, 2006 1:00 p.m. State Lands Building 775 Summer Street NE, Salem Conference Room 303, Third Floor The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board will meet on Thursday, July 20, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. via telephone conference call to take action on the following: Approve temporary (emergency) administrative rules related to the Board providing grant funding to support fish habitat enhancement and related projects along critical salmon streams in Oregon, for the purpose of accelerating the rebuilding of fish populations and creating work opportunities for displaced workers in response to the Governor’s Executive Order (No. 06-06) declaring a salmon season state of emergency. Board members will participate in this meeting by telephone from multiple locations. The public may attend this meeting at the location listed above. Members of the public wishing to comment on this issue may do so during a public comment period at the beginning of the meeting.
